Description
The past two years have been chaotic, and many of us have experienced the loss of loved ones, due to several different factors including Covid-19, illness, suicide, as well as other related losses. As a result of the pandemic, we have been restricted in the ways we might typically address and grieve these losses. While emotions can be overwhelming, they are not permanent; and although everyone’s grieving process is different, there are healthy ways to cope. Please join us as we learn helpful therapeutic strategies and explore different tips and resources to aid in the grieving process.
