Sheridan’s Centre for Applied AI and Rogers Communications Inc. have been working on collaborative research activities to investigate various technological and system-level enablers of autonomous vehicle ecosystem. Our research activities range from machine learning (ML)-based object detection around a car, to autonomous collection of vehicle health data and ML processing in the cloud to facilitate predictive maintenance, and to intelligent traffic routing of an autonomous car.
