In the Pilon School of Business (PSB), we have been engaged in meaningful conversation and activity to support the integration of a competency-informed model within our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. Our interactive presentation will highlight some of the reflective examples and stories shared in a faculty-focused Community of Practice that have served as catalysts for change at both course and program levels, contributing to the vision, values, and guiding framework for interdisciplinary competency development.
