Students in our general education and breadth elective introductory courses developed infographics detailing the 5Ws + H (Who?, What?, When?, Where?, Why? and How?) of creativity in their program or area of study. These infographics were intended to be a visual representation of information that could share a glimpse into their experiences studying at Sheridan College. These theory based courses, Creative Thinking: Theory and Practice and Introduction to Studies in Creativity, are worth 3-credits and emphasize common themes in creativity research. This assignment gave students an opportunity to apply higher order thinking skills to apply and synthesize what they know about creativity from what we learned in class with what they know about creativity in their programs. This page showcases and highlight student exemplary work.
