Join us for the inaugural event of Pride Reads: an LBGTQ+ reading series. We welcome author Ruby Remenda Swanson for a look at her memoir A Family Outing: A Memoir. Filled with love, empathy and good storytelling, the book is Ruby’s account of a parent’s experience following their child’s coming out. It explores the process of moving through the stages of confusion, acceptance and ultimately celebrating a child’s authentic identity.
