Design Concept
For this project, I want to design an amenity building giving the residents all they need, to connected and identify with nature in order to provide a pleasant experience offering exclusive spaces and services to meet the daily needs of residents and visitors. To fulfill its purpose, these facilities will reflect the quality, comfort, and entertainment that the residents deserve so that they maintain a mix between a physical and socially active lifestyle, surrounded by a beautiful view, landscapes, trails, and rivers.
