As a strong advocate for laneway housing, Jake Fry established award-winning firm, Smallworks Studios and Laneway Housing Inc. in Vancouver in 2005. He successfully built the company from the ground up and gathered a dedicated team that is committed to sustainability, innovation, and providing affordable housing options for single families. Jake is also a co-founder of a non-profit society, SmallHousing BC, and was named Ernst & Young’s (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year in Manufacturing in 2014.
