Description
Our project is on the history of the bagel, how it gained popularity to become what it is today, and its connection to the Jewish community. The project was completed using ArcGIS Story Maps which laid out our information nicely and made it easy for the reader to understand the information displayed in the presentation. It also allowed us to display images that were not working for us in a previous digital tool. Our presentation can be accessed by this link: https://arcg.is/9POuj. Throughout the project we explore the different ways bagels are used in the Jewish community as well as how they originated and came to be such an important aspect of their diet.
