With an expanding number of higher education leadership programs worldwide, the pressure is on to rethink leadership education as criticism mounts over the current approaches to mainstream leadership education. Come find out how one professor is transforming the educational leadership landscape by: (a) facilitating critical and creative thinking about leadership theories, (b) fostering the development of 21st century leadership competencies, and (c) guiding the journey of discovery of ‘self as leader’ by applying a new transformative teaching and learning model, and engaging learners as co-researchers and co-contributors in her practice.
