This project provides the viewers a brief history of Ice Cream. We break down the history of ice cream into five parts: the origins of ice cream, early development of ice cream, how ice cream turned from delicacy to common treat, the industrialization of ice cream, and ice cream’s development from post WW2 to the modern era.
