Artist Statement

I created this poster in collaboration with Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc.'s MMIWG liaison. I wanted to create a poster that raised awareness of MMIWG2S while remaining optimistic and empowering. This was very important to me as an indigenous and two-spirit student and I'm glad I got to express a powerful message that I believe in.
