Community Tools

The Community Tools are resources that are primarily intended to be used by older immigrants, with older immigrants, or to assist older immigrants living in Halton/Peel. This collection of resources includes a preliminary screening tool for social isolation, a resource to guide older adults in the process of coping with their loneliness, and a tip sheet with suggestions for staying socially connected. A collection of interactive PDF maps highlighting local organizations, and a series of census informed data sheets are also included.
