Description
As First Place and Peoples Choice award winners in the LIV Design’s Canada-wide competition, our multi-residential lobby was a feature exhibit at IDS 2025. Viewable through augmented reality—an interactive technology that overlays digital elements onto the real world—the lobby comes to life through your phone. This lobby turns everyday moments into extraordinary experiences with luxurious, thoughtful design. As a refined “third space,” it blends advanced technology, elegant aesthetics, and cultural elements to inspire connection and belonging. Features include an AI-powered digital light wall showcasing local art and customizable lighting, a library wall with plush seating for all ages, and a stylish café with layered lighting.
