Abstract
Talent acquisition is a critical human resources management function that has experienced advancements through the integration of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has the potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the following stages of talent acquisition: sourcing, screening and selection, and new hire onboarding. When human resources professionals have a thorough understanding of the advantages of artificial intelligence, they become more accepting to the change that it can bring to talent acquisition. Human resources professionals must also be aware of the ethical considerations as it relates to the integration of artificial intelligence to promote a fair talent acquisition process.
