Design Concept

The design proposal for this project will have two different proposes :

The first one that will serve as an open space where there will be a café shop and at the same time will serve as a common space where students from the nearby school can go a gather or study as there will be tables in the inside and at the small terrace that the addition allowed us to have.

The second part of the design has been design to be a summer house where either the owners can live there or they could rent it.
